We don't sell a platform or a workshop. We pick one concrete role — the person who books and reconciles invoices, closes the hotel's cash at dawn, documents the plant's production — and hand over the agents, the tools and the know-how so that person does the same work in a fraction of the time, with fewer errors.

Roles we augment
Our focus is the administrative work that repeats every single day in commerce, industry, hospitality, plants and farming. The cost is not one person's salary — it is the team you need so the close is never late.

Closes cash, charges and occupancy every night: check-ins, POS, agency settlements, no-shows and the report for reception and accounting.

Pays farm wages and settles accounts with producers, hauliers and grain stores: piece rates, advances, livestock, grain and timber.
See the roleWhat augmenting a role means
An agent reads your data sources, runs the task end to end — reconcile, compare, draft, verify — and leaves the result where the person expects it. Nothing has to be copied and pasted into a chat window.
We work on the systems you already use: your core system, bank statements, spreadsheets, mailbox, document store. The agent joins the existing process instead of asking people to move somewhere else to work.
The agent prepares, proposes and flags; the person reviews and approves. We define what it may do alone, what needs confirmation and what gets logged, so control and accountability stay where they belong.
You get the agents, the documentation and the training, so your team can adjust them, extend them and build the next ones without us.
We sit down with the person who holds the role and map their week task by task: which data they touch, how long each step takes, where the errors come from. We leave with a shortlist of candidate tasks, ranked by recoverable hours and risk.
We build and deploy the agents for that role, on your data and your tools, with the person in the loop from day one. The pilot is not a demo: it runs in the real work and is measured against the old way of doing it.
We formalise the limits, the audit trail and the documentation, train the team to run and adjust the agents, and extend the model to neighbouring roles that share the same data and processes.
Who we work with
Why now
Every month a role keeps doing by hand what an agent can already do is capacity your firm pays for and never receives. This is not about saving on licences: it is qualified people spending their days consolidating spreadsheets.
The competitor who augments their back office first does not issue a press release. They simply answer faster, report without errors and serve more clients with the same team.
The advantage is not in the model either — the models are available to everyone. It is in knowing the process well enough to know which part can be handed to an agent, and under which controls.
About us

Co-founder · AI implementation in day-to-day processes
As co-founder of two companies and currently general manager of a Munich Re investment fund, I know financial organisations from the inside: where time is lost, which controls are non-negotiable and what it takes for a new tool to actually be adopted.

Co-founder · Adoption, training and change management
As co-founder of the Upper Bavaria fabrication laboratory, currently a member of its executive board and regional manager of the Miesbach district, I work where technology meets the people who have to use it.
In a 30-minute first call we can identify the role with the most recoverable hours in your firm — and tell you frankly whether starting there makes sense.
